Urokolia started in Cape Town from a simple observation: many men from forty onwards talk about getting up at night and the embarrassment that “it must be the water”. Often it is the coffee at 20:00, the beer with the SuperSport replay and eight hours in the chair.

We are not a clinic. We gather three things you can do at home: a short pelvic floor session, a cup of herbs instead of the third filter coffee, and recipes that do not pretend to be miracles.
