Personal information from the order request (name, surname, address, email, telephone) is processed to accept the order, send the parcel and settle cash on delivery, under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), for a contract with you. Contact-form data is processed to answer your query, as a legitimate interest in corresponding with customers.

Recipients: courier, accounting, hosting. We keep the data for as long as tax law requires, and correspondence for up to 3 years.

You have the right of access, correction, deletion, objection and to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa). Providing data on the request is voluntary, but necessary for delivery.

This site does not use advertising pixels. The browser may store technical session data.
