Terms of purchase

Online shop Urokolia, operated by Urokolia (Pty) Ltd with its registered office in Cape Town. Sales in the territory of South Africa.

The order is placed only through the request on the product page. Sending the request is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm it by email.

Prices in rand, including 15% VAT. Payment cash on delivery. Shipping and COD charges are shown on the request.

We send the order after we accept it. The consumer has 7 days to cool off under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act — details on the cooling-off page.
