Cooling-off right

The consumer may cancel the electronic transaction within 7 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, by a statement to contact@urokolia.com or in writing, under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

The product is returned to: Urokolia (Pty) Ltd, 88 Somerset Road, Green Point, Cape Town, 8005. The consumer bears the cost of return, unless the product was defective.

Repayment of the cash-on-delivery amount is made by EFT within 14 days of receiving the statement and the product.

The right does not apply if a good that, for hygiene, cannot be returned after opening has had its seal broken: the Kegel trainer once the hygiene seal is broken.

Model statement: I, [name], cancel the contract dated [date] relating to [product].
